Overseas transfers: Some of our service providers may be located outside Singapore. Where we transfer Personal Data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including through contractual safeguards.
6.1 Service Providers and Processors
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Website. Each processes only what it needs to perform its function:
| Provider | Function | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. (USA) | Website hosting and delivery | IP address, request metadata in server logs |
| Web3Forms (Softagics FZ-LLC) | Delivers contact-form submissions to us by email | Name, email, company and message you submit |
| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | Serves the Inter typeface | IP address, browser user-agent |
The map in our contact section is a static image we generate and host ourselves from OpenStreetMap data, so displaying it sends nothing to any third party.
Where a provider is located outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, as required by Section 26 of the Act. We do not sell your Personal Data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
7. Retention of Personal Data
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The retention period depends on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected. When Personal Data is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymise, or securely destroy it.
Typical retention periods include:
- Enquiry and contact data: up to 3 years from last interaction
- Job application data (unsuccessful): up to 2 years, unless you consent to longer retention
- Newsletter and marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Client and project data: for the duration of the engagement and applicable statutory limitation periods

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS)
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Regular review of our security practices
Notwithstanding the above, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 11.
